We at Founders want to make the quoting process as quick and painless as possible. This form requests enough info for an estimate. The more information you supply, the better able we are to find discounts/rate credits with our Insurers. One of our Brokers will be in touch to complete your quote using the preferred method you selected (email, phone or by appointment).

If you can't remember, simply type 'will provide Insurer and policy# later'. Fill in next field so we can rate for previous insurance history/experience.

Some policies can extend coverage to certain home-based businesses.

Details about the home - the more you can provide, the more accurate will be our quote. You can also supply a cut sheet that will list much of the details.

For older homes, be sure to provide dates/details for roof, electrical, plumbing upgrades.

We require all of the following to provide a quote. If you are able to provide a link to the MLS cutsheet, you can put in the Additional Comments section instead of completing this section. We will contact you if any additional info is required.

Square footage, excluding basement.

Vinyl, brick, or wood? Provide percentage of construction for each.

If you selected Unfinished, provide % finished. If you selected Finished, details regarding value will help in selecting Improvements and Sewer Backup limits, etc.

Provide: Primary Heat. Auxiliary Heat. Additional, if any.

Provide type, location and age of oil tank.

Describe each with rough square footage.

Describe each with square footage and special features (e.g. heating, woodshop)

Provide type, include attached equipment and safety precautions (e.g. fence)

Describe any special features of the home.

Please describe and model number, if available. Also specify if your burglary or fire system is Monitored vs Unmonitored.
